The round table focused on a simple yet decisive challenge: helping the younger generations become conscious adults in a school system that remains the hub of society and the cradle of fraternity. Starting with two questions – what signs of fraternity already exist in educational settings and how can they be spread to become the guiding principle of the education system? – the group, composed of teachers, academics, students, and activists, worked in a fully horizontal manner. The method was gradual but concrete: mapping good practices, defining impact metrics, proposing replicable actions. Social inclusion, the right to education, dialogue between teachers and students, attention to fragility, support for educational peripheries, and the promotion of student associations are essential priorities. Dialogue, transformation, inclusion: only where fraternity becomes a principle and a method can an educational culture capable of generating true personal growth and the common good be born.
