The round table addressed the need to move beyond a paradigm focused exclusively on profit, promoting a business model that places human dignity and the common good at its core. Participants discussed how the integral development of a company—economic, social, environmental, and cultural—can translate into decent work, fair and inclusive environments, and responsible practices toward communities and ecosystems. In this context, the company becomes a social actor that invests in people and generates value beyond the balance sheet, recognizing that individual and collective prosperity are inseparable. The aim of the round table was to define operational principles and indicators to measure the effectiveness of an “economy of fraternity,” capable of combining competitiveness, sustainability, and service to human progress.
