The round table investigated how a welfare system that integrates public and private social healthcare services can address the most widespread vulnerabilities today: elderly people who are not self-sufficient, people with disabilities, and chronic patients. Starting from concrete experiences of cutting-edge local care, the discussion focused on local networks and innovative solutions capable of ensuring continuity of care, dignity, and social cohesion.
