The round table discussed an employment model dominated by numbers and performance in order to bring people and relationships back to the center. Starting with the question “What is human in today’s work?”, participants explored how fraternity can translate into dignity for workers, a culture of community, and innovation born from bonds between people. During the discussion, new regulatory ideas emerged that could guide future institutional paths, such as the draft law that the CNEL (National Council for Economics and Labor) wrote with the contribution of the Fratelli tutti Foundation and made available to the Italian Parliament for fraternity in the workplace. The goal was to outline a new paradigm based on freedom, equality, and fraternity, identifying concrete tools capable of sowing the seeds of peace and shared well-being in the world of work.
