The Third Sector Table has chosen two Symbol Words: Alliance and Dignity. And it is on the leaven contained in them that the Associations are still developing projects to make them concrete.

The first aspect addressed is that of social friendship related to the issues of social equity, reduction of inequality through social economy and solidarity.

The second that of Peace to pursue which the Declaration on Human Fraternity encouraged the establishment of a Ministry of Peace.

These two strands are animating the internal debate at the Table leading then to the formation of two working groups of which one mainly developed by Associations from the world of Cooperation, the other followed, on the other hand, by associations with prevalent humanitarian purposes including the Pope John XXIII Community Association.

The Table hypothesized the establishment of a “Social Agora” an even virtual place where, in order to introduce positive social change, the issues of social economy, fair labor, inclusive entrepreneurship, reduction of inequality and restoring dignity to every person also in implementation of constitutional rights can be constructively discussed.
